VP, ERP Strategy and Program Management at HDR. Responsible for strategy, enhancement and support across the ERP domain, including all functional, technical and PMO areas. Use a very large range of Products, including EBS on OCI (Procurement, Projects, Financials, HCM); Oracle DB, Fusion Sales Cloud, Apex, BI OAS, Hyperion, IDCS among others.
What makes the OATUG mission meaningful to you?
The mission is very meaningful to me due to:
1. The large number of Oracle products my company uses (EBS, OCI, Fusion Cloud, DB, Hyperion, BI, Apex) makes it imperative to maximize value to the investments
2. The success in creating 5 strategic vendor partner relationships in 4 years through OATUG, symbiotic to all parties, very beneficial to HDR
3. The ideal combination to network, get value, collaborate provide feedback on Oracle products as users/ consumers
Why are you running for the Board, and what skills, connections, resources and expertise do you have to offer the organization?
Been a contributing, active OATUG Board and Council member since 2 years; I have, along with my fellow board members and the Etherio team, been able to successfully grow: the OATUG impact, it’s conferences , the Oracle EBS/ OCI and vendor associate partners presence, to uphold the OATUG mission.
Been in the Oracle space since 27 years, VP, officer, leader, PMP and Green Belt certified in the technology and process space. Responsible for large global transformations and support. Have a strong Oracle network and been instrumental in forging strategic vendor partnerships through OATUG conferences, membership and attendance to help my company and share the knowledge across the board.
Want to grow it more and give the Oracle clients a strong platform for deriving value and relationships while learning about the technology.
Other OATUG and Volunteer Experience:
Current OATUG Board member, and Council member since 2 years, active OATUG member since several years prior. Been very active in participating, presenting and collaborating with Oracle and several vendor partners at OATUG. Currently, an officer VP, ERP Strategy at HDR leading and successfully lead several transformative initiatives, am PMP and Green-Belt certified where I have also presented and lead large initiatives while being part of several customer panels. Was previously managing large engagements as an SM at Deloitte.
