What makes the OATUG mission meaningful to you?

OATUG’s mission is meaningful because it embodies a commitment to empowering Oracle users by prioritizing their needs and investments. As an independent, member-led organization, OATUG ensures that the direction and initiatives are driven by the real-world experiences and challenges of its members, rather than external pressures. This focus on maximizing investment value is crucial in an industry where technology is a significant financial commitment. By operating globally, OATUG connects a diverse community, enabling the exchange of ideas and solutions that transcend regional boundaries. This collaborative environment not only enhances individual user experiences but also contributes to collective growth and innovation within the Oracle ecosystem.

Why are you running for the Board, and what skills, connections, resources and expertise do you have to offer the organization?

I’m running for the OATUG Board because I’m passionate about enhancing the value and impact of Oracle solutions for our global community. With my experience as a leader of the Oracle Business group in Accenture and IBM, I’ve seen the significant benefits a strong, member-focused organization has on the community. My goal is to improve member engagement, drive innovation, and ensure we maximize our investments in Oracle technologies. I’m dedicated to contributing my skills and time to support OATUG’s mission and help shape its future success.
I lived and worked in 8 countries on 3 continents led many End-to-End complex Oracle transformation programs globally and worked with CXOs as a direct report in all those programs giving me the edge to influence industry leaders.
