FYI – Chrome works with HTML pages, but not well with Forms. Unless things have changed recently, Oracle has not certified Chrome and Forms since v44. We use Firefox ESR as our primary browser, and legacy IE11 as our backup.

Jeffrey – You didn't mention but is the user working fine in Chrome, meaning the issue is only with IE? In the meantime, I did find one MOS Doc for your review, 2338253.1.
