On 12.1.3. Last patching was end of the year. Recently have had cases where indivduals would not see their responsibilities.
Below are all the troubleshooting steps that wd did with one user:•Rebooted his computer.•Logged in/out of Oracle several times.•Cleared his IE Cookies & Temp files.•Signed in with his EBS account on my workstation (with his permission), everything looked fine.•Signed in with my EBS account on his workstation, I also could not see my menu.•Cleared his IE Cookies & Temp files again.•IE Advanced Tab, reset his default setting, no effectReviewed his responsibilities and since none of them required Java I asked him if he was willing to use Chrome. Otherwise I would ask a PC tech to look at his computer, he was ok with Chrome so I bookmarked the Production URL for him.
Further investigation:
We have had three users so far that have either could not see all of their responsibilities or a just a couple.
We fixed their issues by end dating their responsibilities and then removing the end date.
What else can we look at?
