But the evolution of customer relationship management has been difficult to anticipate,” said OATUG CXC Chair Robin Walker. “The transformation of the CRM Connect SIG to the CXC gives us the ability to help the user community ecosystem successfully use existing and new Oracle technologies. We are committed to helping users understand the full spectrum of the customer experience, from each individual application up to the CX strategy that Oracle is leading.

    This online event will feature education that we’ve lifted and shifted from COLLABORATE 20, and the content will be current to today’s needs. Many sessions will reflect updated business strategies to share how they’re adapting during the COVID-19 pandemic.
