Abstract:
This session will provide an overview of different approaches that organizations can take when integrating their cloud ERP Financials Application with on-premise and third-party applications. We will cover the three basic integration methods, including manual integrations, real-time web services, and batch integrations using file-based data loaders. The session will cover the overall design and infrastructure of cloud ERP integrations and discuss the roles of Universal Content Manager, the cloud interface tables, and the nature of the cloud application tables. We will review the role that web services play and when they should be used. We will also cover the role that file based data loaders play in integrations and discuss when and how they should be used. In addition, we will cover the process of using file-based data loaders as a programmatic integration approach.
