From Surviving to Thriving: The Strategic Role of Talent Management & Leadership

Abstract:
Over the last two years we have witnessed major disruptions ranging from a global pandemic, major technological shifts, social protest, and geo-political tensions. The impact of these factors has fundamentally changed the competitive dynamics of many industries. Thus, leaders must not only ensure their organizations survive immediate challenges, but they must also consider how to best prepare their organizations for a future environment that will be very different than their past environment. Leaders must master becoming virtual leaders.
