Women in Technology Panel Discussion: Leadership Styles & Building Spaces for Women to Thrive

When:  Mar 16, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM (ET)
Associated with  Women in Technology
Celebrate the achievements of women with OATUG, as we launch our new Women in Technology Program!

Through networking, educational, and professional development opportunities, the OATUG Women in Technology (WIT) Program supports and celebrates the success of women working in technology-related fields. Each quarter, the WIT Program will host eLearning sessions that cover a variety of topics, including management styles, developing resilience and confidence in work settings, addressing gender biases, and resources for time management and work-life balance.

Join us for the WIT Program’s kickoff event, a panel discussion with women that are leading the way in technology:
Leadership Styles & Building Spaces for Women to Thrive

Ida Quamina - Managing Director, EPM Higher Education and Healthcare - Huron Consulting Group
Sarah Mills - Senior Director, JDE Managed Services - Syntax
Tara Ryan - Chief Marketing Officer - Incorta

@Beth McLaughlin - OATUG Board Member & Director, Financial Systems & Business Process - Inspire Brands
@Mia Urman - Recipient of the 2020 OATUG WIT Award & CEO - AuraPlayer

The speakers will share their backgrounds and experiences and discuss ways that companies and individuals can build spaces that support growth for women. Plus, attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and participate in a dialogue with our presenters.

If you'd like to learn more about the WIT Program and help guide the agenda for our first panel session, you can join the WIT Hub Community and participate in the discussion threads (OATUG members only).
