What makes the OATUG mission meaningful to you?

I firmly believe in education and leadership. I have found OATUG to be a perfect fit for my career passion. The connections I've made and knowledge learned exemplify the mission of OATUG and I'd to give back to the community by furthering the mission.

Please list your previous and current OATUG volunteer roles, COLLABORATE experience, and other volunteer or leadership experience with other organizations:

I have volunteered on the Emerging Leaders Committee, Collaborate and Forum Live planning committees as well as the Strategic Planning committee.

My Collaborate experience involves presenting at Collaborate 19. I will present at Professional Development Week 20 and Forum Live 20. I have also presented a number of webinars for Emerging Leaders.

Why are you running for the board, and what skills, connections, resources, and expertise do you have to offer to the organization?

I am running for the board to further the vision and mission of OATUG. I am a part of the Emerging Leaders committee and firmly believe in the goals of that committee. I offer my skills in education, diversity awareness, leadership, and time to OATUG.

Tell us about your current professional role and what Oracle products you are using and/or supporting.

My current role is program manager of the HCM/ERP team at my company. We utilize 14 modules of the E-Business Suite 12.1.3 and are upgrading to 12.2.10 starting this year. My team also contributes to the company's reporting and data analysis with 3rd party tools integrating with Oracle products.
