The board members work together to support the OATUG NYC Metro group, build its membership, and provide relevant and compelling presentations. Their goal is to strengthen the Oracle Applications community in the NYC Metro region by providing managers, users, DBAs/developers, vendors and other stakeholders the opportunity to learn how to work more effectively with the Oracle Applications.
Rob Lepanto
Mr. Lepanto is a founding partner at AppCentric, LLC, a professional services company that specializes in the Oracle Applications and Oracle databases. AppCentric offers functional and technical consulting services, including upgrades, as well as outsourced system support and application hosting. Mr. Lepanto co-founded AppCentric in 1999 to fill the void in high-quality Oracle Applications consulting and AppCentric quickly gained a reputation as the company to turn to when implementation and upgrade projects performed by the traditional consulting firms went awry. Mr. Lepanto also developed two of AppCentric's most successful lines of business; Independent Project Auditing and Remote Database Support.
Mr. Lepanto has worked with the Oracle Applications for over 10 years. Prior to founding AppCentric, Mr. Lepanto was a partner at Fulcrum Solutions, a boutique Oracle Applications practice based out of London. Mr. Lepanto has also worked in IBM's Global Services division as a senior consultant and at Andersen Consulting as a consultant in their ERP practice. Mr. Lepanto holds a BA and an MBA from the University at Albany.
Stuart Glazer
Mr. Glazer is a Partner at CFO Advisors. Mr. Glazer has been managing and implementing Oracle’s e-Business applications since 1989 when he ran the Oracle Consulting New York Metro region. CFO Advisors offers functional and technical consulting services, including new Oracle implementations and upgrades, as well as outsourced Oracle and Accounting support in both an onsite and remote help desk model. CFO Advisor teams have developed financial solutions with out-of-the-box Oracle e-Business applications that Oracle has said their products could not solve and now are sold as solutions by Oracle’s sales teams. To ensure all CFO Advisor solutions are compliant with GAAP and SOX, CFO Advisors’ leverages our leadership team which is made up of Oracle Experts, CPA’s and Tax Specialists.
Rick Amicucci
Mr. Amicucci is an independent business development consultant with more than 20 years experience in Information Technology and Management. Prior to his role as an independent business development consultant, Mr. Amicucci was co-founder of a successful Oracle ERP consulting firm which he sold in 2005. Prior to that, Mr. Amicucci worked for Oracle as a principal DBA responsible for installing and configuring Oracle Applications as well as implementing disaster recovery strategies. His 20 years experience has enabled him to become a trusted and respected technical advisor to his clients.
Jim Hall
Jim Hall is a Partner at TRS, an Oracle HCM consulting company. Jim brings over fifteen years of experience in the Professional Services industry and has worked with the Oracle eBusiness Suite since 1999. For the last ten years Jim has focused on HCM Technology services. Jim holds a BS degree in business management from Buffalo State College. In addition to the NYCOATUG board, Jim serves as the Regional Chair for the OHUG Board, and serves on the NY/NJ PeopleSoft and JDE RUG.
RJ Linehan
RJ Linehan is a Managing Partner at Innovus Partners. He has been working with the Oracle Hyperion EPM/BI products since 1998. In that time, he has acquired a broad range of practical knowledge and implementation experience working with Oracle customers across various industries. As a Board Member of the OATUGNYC, RJ leverages his professional experience and network to improve members' experience with the group. He ensures that OATUGNYC members have access to valuable industry/product information, opportunities to collaborate within the group, and content-rich sessions relating to the EPM/BI products at group meetings.
