This session covers the deployment of OTM as a standalone solution for performing freight audit on ocean invoices. OTM is used for freight calculation, detention/demurrage days/amount calculation based on information received from vessel tracking portals. Ocean invoices are uploaded in OTM from multiple sources and then matched to shipments for comparing contracted freight with actual freight. Logistics team is able to identify invoices with deviations at line level for ocean freight as well as detention/demurrage.
Joson Naldat is working as Assistant Manager at Unilever and is part of Global Logistics Team.
