Julio is a seasoned technical leader with over a decade of experience in the IT industry, adept at project management and competent leader of matrix teams. He holds a Bachelor's in Computer Information Systems, a Graduate Certificate in Enterprise Architecture, a Master's in Software Engineering and is currently pursuing a Master’s in the Study of Law at the University of Georgia.
Over the last decade, he has supported a complex ecosystem of enterprise applications (across AFT and HR), both vendor and custom developed, in various roles and capacities. Currently responsible for overseeing support for multiple enterprise applications and managing software development projects to ensure successful product delivery across a wide range of customers and workstreams, now primarily focused in the Hire to Retire space.
Julio is an active member of the Oracle Applications & Technology Users Group and was the Chair of the Emerging Leaders Committee. He has also presented on several occasions at COLLABORATE, Ascend and other large user conferences, as well as at Oracle Open World. Julio has a passion for education and enjoys writing articles in his blog, obtaining certifications and is a member of the Oracle ACE program.
