Mr. Kondratiuk possesses over twenty-five years of technical and functional experience in analyzing business processes and leading Oracle implementations. He served as the Supply Chain practice lead of a nationally focused consulting company concentrating on Oracle Applications services. His experience and skills include providing subject matter expertise to implementation and product development groups as well as the development of implementation methodologies for consulting resources. In addition, his specialties include requirements analysis, solution design, custom development, training, and acceptance testing, and he has prior experience as a Certified Public Accountant.
