Jay Canupp is the Practice Director, Enterprise Information Management at Axia Consulting, a systems integration firm that provides technology and business consulting services to middle-market and Fortune 500 companies as well as government agencies. He is an accomplished senior consultant with over fifteen years of experience serving in various roles on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) teams and Business Intelligence projects within the Utilities, Healthcare, Software, Manufacturing, Insurance, and Public Sector industries. Jay holds a BSBA in Logistics from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.

Dianne DeNezza is responsible for recording and documenting information discussed and decided upon at all SIG meetings; for publishing meeting minutes; managing the action item list; and maintaining the SIG's membership list. She is the Director of FIS Business Solutions at University of Pittsburgh.
Ramesh Kumar

Ramesh Kumar is responsible for content creation for training and learning for SIG membership, such as webinar recruitment, scheduling, and logistics, and suggesting and recruiting content and speakers for our two main conference presentations per year (Collaborate and OpenWorld). He is the Managing Partner for eAlliance Corporation, and has worked extensively with Oracle EBS for almost 18 years from Release 9.4 through R12.1. Ramesh is passionate about helping clients leverage their EBS and BI investments through fact-based decision-making and thorough analytics.
Raghav Venkat

Raghav Venkat architects and builds enterprise data analytics at City of Las Vegas. Raghav has several years of experience in the Oracle Analytics and BI product suite, data warehousing, and database administration, and is skilled in technologies such as Oracle ERP and SOA. At City of Las Vegas, he works EPR to Crime data initiatives, providing integrated data analytic solutions. In his spare time, he is a part-time faculty at Lee Business School at University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), teaching project management, business intelligence, and data mining. Over the last decade, Raghav has been a regular presenter on data and BI topics at Collaborate, OpenWorld and other conferences.
Jennifer Fairchild

Jennifer Fairchild is a Sr OBIEE Developer at Leidos. She has experience across ERP development, project management, and business intelligence, focusing most recently on Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) and Oracle BI Applications (OBIA) in functional areas including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. Jenn holds a BSBA in Management of Information Systems from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. She has been a speaker at Analytics and Data Summit, and is a proponent of continuous improvement and business enablement through data solutions.
Ted Chappell

Ted Chappell is the Director of Product Management at STR Software in Richmond, VA. He has over 20 years of experience working with Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards primarily focusing on B2B and B2C data integrations. Ted holds a B.A. in Anthropology from The College of William & Mary. He was formerly Chair of the OAUG BI Publisher SIG and is a frequent speaker at local and national Oracle conferences.
