Here you’ll find a list of current volunteers and the description of the roles they help with. Belen is an Oracle ACE Associate and a Principal Software Engineer at Worldpay / FIS. A lifelong consultant now working in industry, she is a certified on-premise and cloud expert with 15 years of experience in EPM and 20 years in the IT space. Belen is a trusted technology instructor: has spoken at various Oracle conferences and taught hundreds of courses across the globe. Belen blogs regularly at

Tom Blakeley is an Associate Director at Vertex Pharmaceuticals in the Enterprise Analytics team. Previously, he worked in the consulting practice at Performance Architects. He is a frequent presenter at local and national Oracle events such as Analytics and Data Summit, ODTUG Kscope, Oracle Application & Technology Users Group (OATUG) COLLABORATE, and Oracle Higher Education User Group (HEUG) Alliance.

Kate Helmer is an Oracle ACE and has been a member of the Hyperion community for over a decade. She is a Director at Huron Consulting Group in their Enterprise Solutions & Analytics practice. She gives back to the Oracle community via her blog and is a frequent presenter at various Oracle conferences.

Scott Ritter


MindStream Analytics
Scott is a Practice Lead for MindStream Analytics. He focuses on administration and support as well as education of users within the EPM/Hyperion product stack. He began his career in accounting and transitioned to the technology consulting space where he has worked with Hyperion products for over 13 years. He looks forward to providing a new perspective to the SIG with a focus on product use and efficiency.

Autumn Morrice

Autumn Morrice is a Marketing Associate at Performance Architects, Inc. She works closely with executive leadership on all marketing related activities for the company. Autumn is currently enrolled at Suffolk University, where she is pursuing her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Business Intelligence. She brings her Marketing experience to the table to serve the OATUG EPM/Hyperion SIG Community in a Marketing role. When she is not working or studying, Autumn can be found hiking and exploring nature.

Azmat Bhatti

Chartwell Retirement Residences

Azmat is a Technical Delivery Manager EPM for Chartwell. His focus is the analysis, configuration, design, development, integration, implementation and support of ERP/EPM/BI solutions. He has the ability to coordinate and lead mid to large scale projects with a high degree of effectiveness. Azmat is proactive and solutions-oriented, with a reputation for leading high-performance teams and understanding business needs. He is a frequent speaker at OATUG, Kscope and Open World. He is also the lead for Hyperion User Group in Toronto, Canada.

Alberto Rodriguez

Board Member at Large

Alberto is a Senior Technical Product Manager at GE. Alberto has been working as the architect of several EPM/Dodeca projects for the Corporate team. Nowadays Alberto is the owner of Dodeca Spreadsheet Management System product and in this role he is in charge of promoting the use of the tool, supporting Engineering team exploring and validating new use cases for the tool.

Meet Your Domain Leads

Our DOMAIN LEADS provide a strong combination of product expertise as well as deep practical knowledge of the value behind the solutions that the SIG users have in place.  As part of the OATUG Hyperion SIG team, they are our "go to" resources when it comes to their respective specialty.  Whether its a matter of approving content, providing content, or sharing feedback, these folks are in place to step up on an as needed basis.  We're excited and proud to have this team affiliated with our SIG.
