Here you’ll find a list of current volunteers and the description of the roles they help with. Each volunteer would welcome your stepping up to help out if you’d care to participate as well, so feel free to reach out and contribute!
Performance Architects, Inc.
Tom Blakeley is an Architect and Manager in the consulting practice at Performance Architects with over six years of experience in financial and technical consulting in the enterprise performance management (EPM) and enterprise analytics (BI) arenas. He is a frequent presenter at local and national Oracle events such as Analytics and Data Summit, ODTUG Kscope, Oracle Application & Technology Users Group (OATUG) COLLABORATE, and Oracle Higher Education User Group (HEUG) Alliance.
Russ is the Financial Systems Principal for FedEx Corporation. Russ is a highly experienced Financial Systems Technology professional focused on corporate financial systems development and management in a large corporate setting. He has a strong technical and business background in budgeting, forecasting, analytics, and reporting in a finance setting with a proven track record of successful projects both as a leader and developer. Russ specializes in Oracle EPM applications both on-premises and cloud.
Julie is the Director of Business Development for Applied OLAP. She joined the company in 2014 and directs all aspects of the company’s sales and marketing activities. She works closely with the executive team and co-workers in developing and articulating the Dodeca value proposition. Prior to joining Applied OLAP Julie had almost a decade of experience in sales and marketing with various Oracle Platinum partner designated consulting firms. Julie began her career as a Certified Public Accountant and held positions in industry including Director of Finance and Controller. She serves the Oracle EPM community as a member of the OAUG Hyperion Special Interest Group Board of Directors.
Belen is a Principal Software Engineer at Worldpay. A life long consultant now working in industry, she is a certified on-premise and cloud expert with over 12 years of experience in EPM and over 17 years in the IT space. Belen is a trusted technology instructor: has spoken at various Oracle conferences and taught hundreds of courses across the globe.
Chartwell Retirement Residences
Azmat is a Technical Delivery Manager EPM for Chartwell. His focus is the analysis, configuration, design, development, integration, implementation and support of ERP/EPM/BI solutions. He has the ability to coordinate and lead mid to large scale projects with a high degree of effectiveness. Azmat is proactive and solutions-oriented, with a reputation for leading high-performance teams and understanding business needs. He is a frequent speaker at OATUG, Kscope and Open World. He is also the lead for Hyperion User Group in Toronto, Canada.
Joyce is a Principal Business Analyst at Oshkosh Corporation. She started her career in the accounting field and transitioned to the IT function 12 years later. She has spent over 20 years supporting JD Edwards and other ancillary systems at companies across the country including Sony Pictures Entertainment, Universal Music, ServiceMaster and Trek Bicycles. Joyce now focuses her time on Oracle Cloud EPM and other corporate finance applications. Joyce is the IT owner for Oshkosh Corporation’s GDPR efforts and is passionate about her work to life easier for her users. Joyce enjoys attending red carpet bleacher events (Golden Globes, Emmys etc) in her spare time.
Mike is the Financial Systems Manager at Urban Outfitters, Inc. and has 10 years experience with various Oracle on-prem applications including Essbase, HFM, Planning, Workforce Planning, Calculation Manager, EAS, ODI, EPMA, FR, and FDMEE. Mike has over four years’ experience with SAP BPC: Versions 7.5 and 10.0 and is certified in “Excel Skills for Business” by Macquarie University.
