You’ve probably heard, “Many hands make for light work” – whoever said that would have been a great volunteer for this group, as that’s our philosophy. Here you’ll find a list of current board member volunteers and their roles. Each volunteer would welcome your stepping up to help out if you’d care to participate as well, so feel free to reach out and contribute!

Arun Raj
SIG Coordinator/Acting Chair


Deloitte Canada


Arun started his career as an ERP Technical consultant and has been working in Oracle EPM space since 2015. He loves working on both ERP and EPM. Depending on the project/client requirements he is either an ERP Technical Architect or an EPM Solution Architect.

Arun has an ERP/EPM Technical blog, YouTube Channel and has been working on his podcast.
He loves giving back to the community by conducting free educational sessions on ERP/EPM topics. When he is not working, Arun loves spending time with his family and exploring nature.

Nitesh Argal
Co-Chair

Caresoft Inc
Nitesh Argal is a Project Manager at Caresoft Inc. He has over a decade of experience in managing and delivering successful EPM projects of varying sizes. He is a certified implementation expert on various products of the Oracle EPM Suite and has in-depth knowledge of architecting and designing EPM solutions. He is an active member of the Oracle community and a frequent speaker at various Oracle conferences.

The Hackett Group, Inc.

Azmat is a Technical Delivery Manager EPM for The Hackett Group, Inc. His focus is the analysis, configuration, design, development, integration, implementation and support of ERP/EPM/BI solutions. He has the ability to coordinate and lead mid to large scale projects with a high degree of effectiveness. Azmat is proactive and solutions-oriented, with a reputation for leading high-performance teams and understanding business needs. He is a frequent speaker at OATUG, Kscope and Open World. He is also the lead for Hyperion User Group in Toronto, Canada.

Harsh Dave
Board Member

The Hackett Group, Inc.

Harsh is currently a Manager at AST LLC where he leads teams implementing EPM Cloud products. He started his career as a system analyst at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts where he loved every minute learning about Oracle EPM. From there, Harsh started consuming material from books, blogs, webinars, and whatever other sources he could find.

Now, Harsh is trying to reach out to as many interested people as possible and guide them towards educational material and EPM content. Harsh is from Toronto, Ontario and in his personal time he loves hiking and attempting to stay active.

Dan Gagnon
Board Member

Dan Gagnon

Dan Gagnon is an Oracle Ace Pro and an Oracle EPM consultant with experience working with various components of the Oracle EPM landscape, including both cloud and on-prem products, with a primary focus on Planning (EPBCS / Hyperion Planning) and extensive work on Essbase.

Dan is an active member of the Oracle support community and participates in various Oracle events throughout the year. He has a passion for the Oracle EPM landscape and loves to share with the community in the hopes that at least in some small way he is able to help the community knowledge base evolve and expand, inspiring others to do the same.

Ali Khaled
Board Member

Ali Khaled

Ali leads the EPM Reporting team as a Manager within Huron Consulting Group’s Oracle team. His EPM implementation experience over the last seven years spans across the entirety of the EPM product suite. Ali’s adaptability & drive have been critical to his successful track record of architecting & implementing EPM solutions. 

 Ali is deeply passionate about education, and an active member of the Oracle community. He is always looking for new ways to push the limits of EPM solutions!”

Meet Your Domain Leads

Our EPM DOMAIN LEADS provide a strong combination of product expertise as well as deep practical knowledge of the value behind the solutions that the SIG users have in place.  As part of the OATUG Hyperion SIG team, they are our "go to" resources when it comes to their respective specialty.  Whether its a matter of approving content, providing content, or sharing feedback, these folks are in place to step up on an as needed basis.  We're excited and proud to have this team affiliated with our SIG.
