Join us as we address all product groups of Oracle AI and GenAI; promoting through education and training programs and events associated with its use through conferences, publications and listserver; provide feedback from the user community to Oracle as a channel for recommending enhancements and influencing the future development direction; collaborating with Oracle to build Oracle AI and GenAI as one of the best-in-class Cloud Enterprise GenAI & AI platform and help worldwide adoption.

Mandate on Redwood Adoption - Time starts Now(as of November 20, 2025)
Oracle has updated the Redwood adoption timeline, confirming that customers should complete 100% of their SCM Redwood migration before Release 27A. Customers are encouraged to begin now by reviewing Redwood pages, understanding module-specific roadmaps, and building their own adoption plans.

A replay of the Redwood Adoption Timeline Customer Connect session is available for those who missed it.
