Atlanta OATUG Presents:  Disparate or Desperate Systems?  Oracle Integration Cloud to the Rescue

Friday, June 19, 2020 – 11AM – 12PM EDT

Presented by: Brijesh Bharat, Solution Architect, Lead Consultant and Oracle Cloud Expert
TeamAdroit Solutions

In this new era of hybrid computing, where on-prem and cloud applications eagerly wait to get connected, start handshakes, transfer and process data from each other. The focus is not just integration but also connecting seamlessly, living harmoniously in the fastest possible time. Oracle Cloud Integration (or OIC in short) natively supports web service calls to exchange data with other systems, making integration between Oracle Cloud apps and 3rd party systems easier and faster. The intended usage of OIC are implementations of simple, lightweight integrations between applications.

This presentation is geared towards Oracle Integration Cloud as a PaaS solution, which is further illustrated by presenting use cases from the actual implementations

Navigating the Cloud in the New Decade

Today’s dynamic organizations are utilizing a multitude of systems and applications to run their business successfully. Understanding and using all of the data housed within non-integrated systems can be a considerable challenge. On top of that, migrating various systems to the Cloud can add to the complexity. How can organizations in the new decade efficiently run their organizations while traversing the complex technology landscape and data availability? In this interactive session, Ragu Veeraraghavan, VP of Solutions at SplashBI, will discuss how organizations can effectively utilize the disparate data of the various systems to drive truly positive business results. He will discuss the challenges organizations face. Some of the hurdles include: technical integration, reporting & analytics challenges, loss of historical data, and storage cost. From HR to Finance, everyone is affected. Ragu will arm participants with the necessary knowledge of how to best prepare for the decade to come.

Upgrading from Oracle EBS R12.1.X to R12.2.9, and what does that bring to your table?

Organizations running EBS 12.1 need to look for ways to maximize their ROI on Oracle EBS and maintain a healthy environment. This requires you to stay up to date with the latest features and functionalities, and capitalize on critical improvements that an R12.2 upgrade can offer. In other words, to modernize your EBS system seamlessly and identify areas where you can drive innovation and enhance your current processes.
