This SIG is dedicated to users of Oracle Maintenance Cloud and Oracle eAM. Our SIG works closely with Oracle Strategy, Development, and Support to stay informed of the most recent updates to Cloud and On-prem products. We poll our membership to reveal our common business requirements and gaps. The results of these polls are then utilized in Oracle’s Idea Lab to influence Oracle Roadmaps and deliver the greatest benefit for our membership. The goal is to utilize our clout with Oracle and its partners to benefit our community. Continuous education is essential, so we can make informed decisions regarding our processes that use Oracle solutions. Our SIG leadership provides lists of the latest/most current “value add” functionality from Oracle, then polls the membership on which topics should guide our monthly webinars. The Oracle Maintenance Cloud / eAM SIG encourages all members to share documentation of solutions, pertinent articles, previous presentations, and white papers. We are committed to building the most comprehensive library of tangible knowledge available, with all content focused on the needs of our members. Please make sure to let us know about specific case studies, papers, and solutions that provide actionable advice for our membership so we can share. This SIG covers both eAM On-premise applications and Oracle Maintenance Cloud. Oracle has previously announced that eAM On-Premise applications are here to stay for another decade and will continue to receive support and enhancements during that time. Meanwhile, much of the new development is focused on Oracle Maintenance Cloud, increasing its existing capabilities and functionalities. These are exciting times for the Oracle Maintenance Cloud / eAM SIG and our members! We look forward to working with all of you to further build this information portal and community space. It is our belief that by working together, we can help each other to get the most out of Oracle solutions and provide significant input on how those solutions can best serve us, their users.
