Austin Reason
President
Austin is the Director of Cloud Services for Atlanta based EiS Technologies, a leader in Oracle Reporting, Dashboards, Implementations, and Integrations. Austin has been with EiS since August 2014.
Austin has more than 18 years Human Resource experience with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR / Payroll. Prior to joining EiS, Austin was Director of Human Resources at Wellington Consulting in West Palm Beach, Florida which specialized in Oracle EBS Implementations.
Austin has been actively involved in Oracle User Groups for more than 15 years. Austin was a Founding Leader of OHUG “Oracle HCM Users Group”. Volunteered over 10 years for OHUG during 2000-2010, held several positions while volunteering at OHUG (Secretary, Marketing Chair, Conference Chair, Treasurer, and Executive Leadership of the group). He also represented OHUG at the IOUC “Oracle International Users Council” held in Redwood Shores, CA.
Austin lives in West Palm Beach, with his 2 daughters Savannah and Jessica.
Ken Carpenter
VP Membership/Marketing
Ken is a Senior HCM/Project Management Consultant who has been working with oatc, Inc. since 2008. Headquartered in Raleigh (Apex), North Carolina, OATC is one of the nation’s premier niche Oracle consulting firms, specializing in Oracle eBusiness Applications and Oracle technology projects.
Ken has close to 20 years Oracle EBS Application experience and has specialized in the HCM modules, such as Human Resources (HR), Benefits (OAB/OSB), Self-service (MSS/ESS), and Labor Distribution (LD). Capitalizing on his pre-consulting experience in State and private colleges, a large portion of his work has been with Public Sector organizations. Ken has also done extensive work in securing sensitive data in Oracle EBS, providing security audits, solutions within EBS, and third party solutions to protect employee personal data.
Ken has been actively involved in the Oracle User Community, participating at Open World, OATUG, and OHUG conferences as a presenter, panel member, and exhibitor. Ken is honored to be a part of the new FLOATUG board and excited about the future of the group.
Ken has been a Florida resident for 25 years and now resides in Orlando, with his wife Maria, and 2 sons Alex and Michael.
Bhawan Mathur
Treasurer
Bhawan Mathur is the Sr. Sales Manager for Atlanta based EiS Technologies, platinum level Oracle Partner, a leader in Oracle Business Intelligence, Reporting, Dashboards, Implementations, Upgrades, and Integrations. Bhawan has been with EiS since August 2012. Bhawan has more than 10+ years of Oracle Applications experience. He has been a user for Oracle Apps for 7+ years now using multiple reporting tools (Discoverer, OBIEE, BI Publisher, Taleo) in Oracle Applications and Cloud Applications.
Prior to joining EiS, Bhawan was the Area Director of Sales at Best Buy Corp. in Atlanta, GA which is the largest electronics retailer. Bhawan has been volunteering and speaking actively Oracle User Groups for more than 5 years.
Bhawan lives in Atlanta, GA but has been involved in FL and the south east Oracle Apps market for last 7-8 years and have a very strong network.
Karen Davis
Secretary
Manager of the Oracle Support Team at Pinellas County Government where Karen has worked for over 15 years providing functional support for different modules of Oracle eBusiness Suite. Procure to Pay, Invoice to Cash, and Hire to Term are processes Karen and her team support including Projects Accounting and Management. Karen recently earned a Certified Public Manager certification in 2015. In the 15 years Karen has been supporting Oracle eBusiness Suite, she's participated in several users groups including OATUG, GROAUG, and Florida Organizations Realizing Collaborative Enterprise Solutions (FORCES).
Karen lives in Clearwater with my husband PJ, son AJ and grandson Tyler.
