In order to make it easier for you to participate in the Heartland OATUG events, vendors can join at a number of sponsorship levels. We offer four; basic, lunch, event book and premier. All levels provide access to the user group meeting, a space to setup and display materials, a sponsorship slide, logo placement on our website and one session during the vendor breakouts on the day of the user group meeting. Sponsorship provides the best positive exposure to the user group community. Your sponsorship allows us to operate the user group without charging dues, thus better attendance.
Basic level sponsorship – $350 per conference

- A sponsorship slide shown during the opening session
- Logo placement on our website
- One guaranteed speaking session
Lunch level sponsorship – $700 per conference
- All basic level benefits
- Special mention in the book and your signage at the lunch table
Event book level sponsorship – $700 per conference
- All basic level benefits
- Special mention on the front cover of the book
Premier level sponsorship – $1000 per conference
- All basic level benefits
- Double table in center of exhibit hall
- One additional guaranteed speaking session (Total of 2 guaranteed)
Guaranteed speaking session – $150
- Up to 15 per conference available
- Additional guaranteed session above sponsorship level allocation for paid sponsors
- Guaranteed speaking session for non-sponsor partners
