The NorCal OATUG invites you to join your fellow colleagues and contemporaries to represent a collective membership of over 3000 users, consultants, and suppliers that are dedicated to promoting, shaping, and leading the future of the NorCal OATUG. As a NorCal Board Member, you join a team of professionals working together to:
- Influence OATUG on direction and strategy
- Share information among users
- Be a conduit for recommended enhancements to Oracle products or processes
- Provide feedback from the user community
NorCal OATUG is seeking diligent and resourceful professionals to help lead our association. Each Board Member is elected for a term of two (2) years. Half of the Board is elected each year.
Regular participation in monthly conference calls and attendance at about 4 Board meetings, equates to approximately 40 hours over a one year period. In addition, there are other duties that may require your attention and time chairing panel discussions, arranging venues, working with exhibitors, preparing announcements, and working with other members.
