If you are unable to attend a certain day/time, please let us know immediately, as we are currently slotting the topics to ensure adequate coverage. Please reply to Mike Jones, OTM WMS SIG Education Manager, immediately to let him know of any limitations.
Presentation Specifics:
· The presentation is due 23 March 2026, and all presentations will be reviewed and approved by the OTM SIG and Cloud WMS SIG Boards.
· You must use the conference-branded PowerPoint template for all presentations.
· You will be assigned a speaking time slot between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm on 26 March 2026, and/or between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm on 21 March 2026.
· Presentations will be 45 minutes in length (unless otherwise noted) - including Q&A.
· Presentations are not for the purpose of sales, and may not advertise products or services.
Registration Information:
• The selected presenter will receive one discounted registration. The registration is non-transferable, and thus, cannot be used by co-presenter(s).
• As co-presenter(s) do not receive complimentary registration. The co-presenter(s) are required to register and pay the current registration fee in order to receive a badge and gain access to the session room. Note, Early Bird registration rates are available until February 4, 2026 at a savings of $100.
How to Upload Your Session PPT
Use the conference app to upload a PDF of your PowerPoint. All PowerPoints are due into the app by March 23, 2026. Only listed speakers or co-presenters in a session can upload PDFs to a session; colleagues or other attendees cannot.
- Go to the agenda on the web version of the conference app and find your session.
- Click on the session details, then hit the Presentations tab and “+Document.”
- You can upload new PDF versions of your PPT at any time.
- We will regularly delete old versions (please place the version in the file name – “Title ver2_ppt”).
- If you have more than one file, use proper naming conventions, “title_ppt”.
- Presentations will be reviewed to ensure they meet conference guidelines.
Logistical Details:
• The conference venue is the Amsterdam Marriott Hotel - Stadhouderskade 12, 1054 ES Amsterdam, Netherlands
• The speaker will be responsible for providing their own laptop to run the presentation from
• Each session room will be equipped with the following:
I. Podium and lavalier microphone
II. Large Projection Screen
III. LCD projector
IV. Wireless Internet Access
• It is advisable to bring an additional copy of your presentation on a USB drive and save it to the cloud.
• All presentations need to be 45 minutes long (including Q & A)
