If you are unable to attend a certain day/time, please let us know immediately, as we are currently slotting the topics to ensure adequate coverage. Please reply to Mike Jones, OTM WMS SIG Education Manager, immediately to let him know of any limitations.

Presentation Specifics:
·      The presentation is due 23 March 2026, no later!
·      You must use the conference-branded PowerPoint template for all presentations.
·      Please review the agenda to see the time and date of your presentation.
·      Presentations will be 45 minutes in length (unless otherwise noted) - including Q&A.
·      Presentations are not for the purpose of sales, and may not advertise products or services.

 Your Session Conference PowerPoint:

Please email your PowerPoint to Mike Jones:  mjones@etherio.com. All PowerPoints are due by March 23, 2026.

• The conference venue is the Amsterdam Marriott Hotel - Stadhouderskade 12, 1054 ES Amsterdam, Netherlands.
• The speaker will be responsible for providing their own laptop to run the presentation.
• The speaker needs to show up to the room 10-minutes before their session in order to get set up.
• Each session room will be equipped with the following:

• It is advisable to bring an additional copy of your presentation on a USB drive and save it to the cloud.
• All presentations need to be 45 minutes long (including Q & A)
