2025 OTM WMS User Conference EMEA Registration Types
FULL CONFERENCE ATTENDEE
This registration is for anyone attending the conference from Wednesday through Friday, including all general sessions, keynotes, breakouts, sponsor/exhibitor networking, the Welcome Reception on Wednesday, the canal boat ride on Thursday evening, and all meals.
SPONSOR & EXHIBITOR ATTENDEE
This registration is for anyone attending the conference from Wednesday through Friday, including all general sessions, keynotes, breakouts, sponsor/exhibitor networking, the Welcome Reception on Wednesday, the canal boat ride on Thursday evening, and all meals.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Sponsorship/Advertising cancellations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee if received by 18 February 2026. Cancellations received after this date are subject to a full payment cancellation fee. Please contact otmwms@etherio.com if you have any questions.

Group Rate: A group rate is available. please email otmwms@etherio.com with the names of the two registered attendees, and we will send you a discount code for additional registrants.
Substitution Policy: Attendee substitutions from the same company will be accepted. To request a substitution, please send your notice to otmwms@etherio.com.
If you need a Visa invitation letter, please contact our Registrar after having registered for the conference.
