We encourage vendors to participate at our meetings. In addition to regular membership, we have two sponsorship opportunities at meetings and one for the website. Contact our Vendor Coordinator for more details.  Payment is required prior to the meeting or on the day of the meeting. Make checks payable to OATUG.

Payment Policy:
Sponsorships will be invoiced prior to the meeting.
Payment is expected via Check.
Payment is expected within 30 days of the invoice.
OVOATUG cannot accept Credit Card payment.

Refund Policy:

OVOATUG cannot offer Sponsor refunds.
If a sponsor signs up for a meeting, and pays for the meeting but cannot attend the meeting, there will be no refund from OVOATUG or OATUG.
If the Sponsor tells us they will not be able to attend the meeting far enough in advance that we can find another sponsor to take their booth, we will apply the original sponsorship money toward a future meeting.
