OTM SIG Presenter Information Page

Please visit the 2024 OTM User Conference page for information about the conference. You have committed to presenting on-site at the conference between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm EDT August 5-6 and 8:00 am 12:00 pm August 7, 2024. If you are unable to attend a certain day/time, please let us know immediately, as we are currently slotting the topics to ensure adequate coverage. Please reply to Mike Jones, OTM SIG Education Manager, immediately to let him know of any limitations.

Below is important speaker information and upcoming deadlines:

Please meet these important deadlines to receive your complimentary conference registration. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your session(s) and your complimentary conference registration will be voided.

• May 14, 2024: Confirm if you will be able to present by accepting the dates and terms of the OTM Speaker Agreement.
• May 31, 2024: You have registered for the OTM User Conference (a speaker code will be sent once the Speaker Agreement has been accepted)
• June 28, 2024: Look for credentials for the OTM SIG conference app (this is how you will upload a PDF of your PPT)
• July 9, 2024: Presentation Slides are due (they must be uploaded via the app) – The OTM SIG Board will review and approve them.

Hotel Reservations

Please reserve your 2024 OTM User Conference hotel room now. OTM speakers are requested to book their hotel stay at the official conference hotel (Loews) at the incredibly discounted conference rate ($211 per night).

Conference Registration

As a primary presenter in compliance with the deadlines above, you will receive one (1) complimentary, non-transferable registration. Codes will be distributed in May. Speaker audits will be conducted to ensure there are no duplicate or unauthorized complimentary registrations.
