OTM SIG NA Registration Descriptions
FULL CONFERENCE ATTENDEE
This registration is for anyone attending three or more days, Sunday through Wednesday. This includes attendance at all general sessions, the keynote, breakouts, sponsor/exhibitor networking, the Welcome Reception on Sunday, Tuesday Evening’s Event and all meals.
SPONSOR & EXHIBITOR ATTENDEE
This registration is for anyone attending three or more days, Sunday through Wednesday. This includes attendance at all General Sessions, Keynote, Breakouts, Sponsor/Exhibitor networking, the Welcome Reception on Sunday, Tuesday Evening’s Event and all meals.
ONE DAY ATTENDEES
This registration includes the elements outlined for each day below. Attendees with a one day registration are only provided entry for the specific day selected.
Monday
General Sessions, Breakouts, Exhibitor Networking and Meals.
Tuesday
General Sessions, Breakouts, Exhibitor Networking, Tuesday Evening's Event and Meals.
Wednesday
General Sessions, Breakouts, Exhibitor Networking and Meals.
Speaker
All those invited to speak, using a speaker promo code, are invited to attend the full conference. Should you only be able to attend one or two days of the conference, please register as a one or two-day attendee. Any sponsors/exhibitors who are invited to speak should use the sponsor/exhibitor registration type. You may be asked which days you plan to attend in order to assist us with our seating and meal counts.
Oracle
Oracle employees are invited to attend as a full conference attendee using the Oracle promo code. Alternatively, One day passes are available if you are only attending one day of the conference. If you are attending more than one day, a full conference registration will be required. If you have any questions regarding your registration promo code, please otmsig@etherio.com
Group Rate: A group rate is available for companies with (3) or more in attendance. If your company qualifies, the first (2) registrants would pay the full conference price and then each additional person can register for $100 off the current registration rate. To register using the group rate, please register the first two attendees at the full conference rate. After that, email otmsig@etherio.com with the names of the two registered attendees, and we will send you the discount code to use on each of the additional registrants.
Substitution Policy: Attendee substitutions from the same company will be accepted. If you wish to substitute someone, please send your notice to otmsig@etherio.com no later than July 19, 2024.
After July 19, 2024, event substitutions can be facilitated on-site at the conference with a letter from the original attendee. Payments made by the original attendee will be transferred to the substituting attendee.
Cancellation policy: Should you need to cancel your registration on or prior to June 28, 2024, there will be a $50.00 non-refundable administration fee. After June 28, 2024, no refunds will be given. Your cancellation must be submitted to the email address below.
