His portfolio expanded to include oversight and management of all MIS/IT related technologies, including ERP, networking, security, virtualization, disaster recovery, telephony/wireless and server/desktop hardware and software. He also has functional responsibility for Oracle Installed Base, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Field Service and Discoverer 10g reporting. Following the successful implementation of EBS 11i, Andy was promoted to his current position of Director of IT. He was co-Project Manager and Technical Lead on Komori’s successful in-house upgrade to EBS R12.1.3 in September, 2011.

Rusty Schmidt is a support-focused individual with almost ten years of EBS experience relating to the System Administration of Financials products such as Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets and Purchasing. Rusty blogs frequently at http://theoracleemt.blogspot.com sharing anecdotes from his daily analyst life and knowledge gained from many different sources. Within the last few years, he has presented at many conferences (HOTSOS Symposium, OATUG’s Connection Point AppsTech, RMOUG's Training Days and OATUG's COLLABORATE 15) on several different topics, has had his Oracle Workflow whitepaper published on My Oracle Support, and engages with Oracle via EBS Proactive Customer Advisory Board and as a recent Board Member of OATUG’s EBS Upgrade SIG. His interests are in better ways to give the end user a great experience and getting to a better level of application support; many times a better solution lies within the internals of the database or application, so the responsible application support professional needs to go further beyond just the application. He is part of the group within Apollo Education Group which is responsible for the Financials applications with products including the Hyperion and Oracle EBS suites, and a portfolio including PeopleSoft HCM/ELM/CRM, GoldenGate, Informatica, and Business Objects.
