There changes to section references for TDS and TCS and Oracle had published an advisory through support portal few weeks back. This change would need updates to existing tax setups for accurate tracking and threshold calculations. Oracle's recommendation is to get these setups done and completely tested before 1-apr-2026 so that from next FY TDS can be tracked with new sections and threshold limits. Along with the MOS note, Oracle had also attached a document providing insights on type of updates to be done for tax setups along with a video better explaining the procedure to be followed. Oracle had also released a patch which is required for customers to apply prepayments booked under the current section with an invoice booked under the new section.
