Professional Role & Oracle Products Used
I currently serve as a Cloud Implementation Manager, leading our company’s Oracle Fusion implementation. My role focuses on ensuring a smooth transition to the cloud, aligning business needs with Oracle capabilities, and driving adoption across the organization. In addition, I oversee our Center of Excellence (COE) for Oracle E-Business Suite, which provides governance and evaluates continuous improvement initiatives to ensure they align with our company’s overall strategy.
Beyond system oversight, I play an active role in organizational change management, helping teams adapt to new processes and technology. I am Prosci certified, which supports my ability to manage change effectively and ensure user adoption for both Fusion and EBS initiatives. My combined focus on governance, innovation, and change management allows me to bring both a strategic and practical perspective to Oracle product adoption and ongoing optimization.
Why are you running for the Board, and what skills, connections, resources and expertise do you have to offer the organization?
In my professional role, I have led customer-facing initiatives, managed stakeholder relationships, and supported solution adoption—developing leadership, communication, and collaboration skills that I believe translate well to OATUG volunteer opportunities. I see volunteering as a chance to give back, share business perspectives, and help foster meaningful connections between members, technology, and business outcomes.
OATUG and Other Volunteer Experience:
I have not yet served in a volunteer role with OATUG or similar organizations, but my career has consistently focused on the business side, working closely with external customers to align technology with business needs. Last year, I attended Oracle Cloud World, which deepened my appreciation for the Oracle community and inspired me to become more actively involved. That experience gave me valuable exposure to industry trends, innovative solutions, and peer collaboration.
