Professional Role & Oracle Products Used

I am a Director in UHY Consulting Services, where I co-lead the Change Management Practice supporting large-scale technology transformations. My career spans more than 20 years of Oracle experience, both on-premises and cloud, with deep expertise in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). I’ve implemented and supported Hyperion, Oracle EPM Cloud (formerly PBCS/EPBCS), and Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS). Earlier in my career, I led change management for a multi-year, global Cloud ERP and EPM program, driving adoption across Plan-to-Analyze (PTA), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC), and Record-to-Report (RTR). These experiences strengthened my ability to bridge technical capabilities with organizational readiness. Today, I help clients maximize the value of their Oracle investments by combining hands-on EPM expertise with change leadership. And, just like at OATUG, I believe success comes not only from hard work but also from enjoying the journey and having fun along the way.

Why are you running for the Board, and what skills, connections, resources and expertise do you have to offer the organization?

I’m running for the OATUG Board because this community has shaped my career and connected me with colleagues who have become true collaborators and friends. OATUG gave me the confidence to lead teams, speak on stage, and grow as a professional. Now I want to give back by helping others benefit in the same way. I bring deep Oracle EPM and ERP experience, proven board leadership, and the perspective of a consultant guiding organizations through transformation. With PMP and CCMP certifications, I combine structure with a passion for the people side of change. I’m especially eager to promote change management within OATUG so members succeed not only with technology but with adoption and engagement. Most of all, I want to contribute to keeping OATUG a place where people learn, grow, and enjoy the experience—because when we’re having fun, the community is even stronger.

OATUG and Other Volunteer Experience:

I served on the OATUG Board of Directors from 2016–2021, holding roles as Board Secretary and Conference Chair. During that time, I actively supported the Women in Technology program, the Mentoring Program, and conference planning and governance. Beyond the board, I’ve presented and facilitated at OATUG conferences, including co-leading the Mastermind series on Organizational Change Management. My career includes more than 20 years of Oracle EPM and ERP experience, and I hold both PMP and CCMP certifications. I am also a Qualified Education Provider with the Association of Change Management Professionals, where I design and deliver certification prep courses. Most recently, I was featured on a BlackLine podcast, sharing insights on change management and its role in successful financial transformation. OATUG has been foundational in my career-giving me the platform to grow as a leader, share knowledge, and connect with peers I’ve learned with, collaborated with, and had fun alongside.
