Professional Role & Oracle Products Used

MLGW is a robust Oracle environment, utilizing Oracle EBS, Taleo, Oracle Database, and Oracle C2M. My role has involved hands-on leadership in deploying and optimizing these platforms to support utility operations, customer engagement, and enterprise resource planning.

Why are you running for the Board, and what skills, connections, resources and expertise do you have to offer the organization?

I am deeply committed to advancing technology leadership within the Oracle user community. I aim to share my experience with Oracle AI technologies and help shape educational and strategic initiatives that empower members to drive innovation in their organizations. Serving on the OATUG Board would allow me to give back to a community that has significantly influenced my professional journey. I am excited to submit my candidacy for the 2026–2027 OATUG Board of Directors. With a strong foundation in Oracle technologies and a passion for community leadership, I am eager to contribute to the continued growth and success of OATUG and its members.

Other OATUG and Volunteer Experience:

I have actively participated in OATUG conferences in 2017, 2018, and 2019. These events were instrumental in shaping my approach to Oracle implementations at Memphis Light, Gas and Water (MLGW). I successfully applied insights from these conferences to lead initiatives such as Oracle EBS upgrades and cloud computing integrations, directly enhancing operational efficiency at MLGW.

Beyond my technical contributions, I am a proud member of the Leadership Memphis 2024 Alumni network. Through this program, I have led and participated in numerous volunteer initiatives across Memphis and its suburbs, fostering civic engagement and community development.
