Professional Role & Oracle Products Used

I am the ERP Manager at Lifeway, where I am responsible for leading and transforming the organization’s ERP landscape with a focus on the Oracle Cloud Fusion implementation. With over 20 years of experience in enterprise technology, I have managed and supported a broad portfolio of Oracle platforms, including EBS, Cloud Fusion HCM, Financials, Procurement, Primavera, Cloud CRM, Taleo, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Integration Cloud, and Identity Cloud Services. In this role, my focus has been on ensuring these platforms support business operations, drive transformation, and align with organizational strategy.

Why are you running for the Board, and what skills, connections, resources and expertise do you have to offer the organization?

I would like to continue serving on the OATUG Board to provide a strong voice for Oracle users in the areas of education, knowledge sharing, and building partnerships with Oracle and other organizations. I bring 20 years of experience working with Oracle products—ranging from E-Business Suite and PeopleSoft to today’s Oracle Cloud Fusion—through implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support in the public sector. As Deputy CIO for DeKalb County, I have led major cloud transformation initiatives, including the migration to Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and Procurement, as well as modernization efforts leveraging OCI. I am passionate about innovation, governance, and professional development, and I want to use my experience to help strengthen the OATUG community by sharing best practices, mentoring others, and ensuring users have a voice in shaping Oracle’s roadmap.

OATUG and Other Volunteer Experience:

I am currently serving on the OATUG Board of Directors, where I have been an active member for the past six years. During my time on the board, I have contributed to the Finance, Governance, Engagement, and Editorial Advisory Committees. I am also an active member of the Atlanta Geographical User Group and have presented at the Ascend conference, sharing lessons learned from public sector cloud transformation initiatives.
