Professional Role & Oracle Products Used
I serve as Director of Enterprise Resource Planning, leading technology strategy and operations across our organization. We run Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2), including Financials, Human Capital Management, Procurement, Inventory, Oracle Business Network, and Oracle Database (19c), supported by Oracle Analytics Server and APEX. In Oracle Cloud, we utilize and integrate with Enterprise Performance Management, specifically Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS). In this role, I guide the design, deployment, and optimization of ERP solutions, ensuring they meet organizational goals and deliver measurable value. My work provides me with firsthand insight into user needs, challenges, and opportunities, which informs my perspective and contributions as a volunteer and potential Board member for OATUG.
Why are you running for the Board, and what skills, connections, resources and expertise do you have to offer the organization?
Simply put, passion for our industry. I’m running to help advance OATUG’s mission of building a thriving, engaged Oracle community that delivers value to all members. With 25 years of hands-on Oracle ERP and technology experience across public and private sectors and consulting, I bring deep expertise in strategy, implementation delivery, and optimization. I’m well-connected and engaged with Oracle, their partners, customers, and other user communities like OHUG; I aim to leverage these relationships to foster collaboration, growth, and knowledge sharing; but above all, member value and outcomes. I’m passionate about advocating for initiatives that help members navigate transformation challenges, across sectors, but particularly in the highly regulated public sector, where resources are constrained and sustainable solutions are exceptionally challenged. In an era of such ongoing disruption, I’m excited to contribute to OATUG remaining to be a vital resource and voice for the Oracle user community.
OATUG and Other Volunteer Experience:
I’ve been a long-term OATUG member and an active conference attendee and presenter, sharing insights both at conferences and through webinars. Over the past three years, I’ve contributed as a volunteer on the Customer Support Council, serving first as a member, then Co-Chair, and currently as Chair through December 2026. In these roles, I’ve helped shape initiatives, share best practices, and advocated for customer and community engagement. Beyond OATUG, I’ve led cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives in large-scale ERP and technology programs, honing leadership skills that I bring to volunteer service. These experiences have reinforced my belief in the power of user communities to grow knowledge, support transformation, and create meaningful connections across our diverse community.
