Professional Role & Oracle Products Used
As Director of Enterprise Solutions at Avalara Inc., I serve on the strategic product team of a leading provider of tax technology, supporting the Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes. My focus at Avalara is on building innovative, scalable solutions in collaboration with Oracle’s product and engineering teams. We partner closely on joint development initiatives that integrate Avalara’s tax and e-Invoicing automation. We also support solutions for E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards. I bring a deep understanding of Oracle ecosystems and a passion for delivering value to both users and partners. Why are you running for the Board, and what skills, connections, resources and expertise do you have to offer the organization?
I'm running for the OATUG Board because I’m passionate about this community and excited to bring a fresh, Associate-member perspective. With 20+ years of Oracle experience—as a user, IT analyst, implementer, and now a software provider—I understand the full Oracle journey. I’m committed to supporting both Users and Associates with insight, collaboration, and practical solutions. Through my active involvement in Women in Technology (WIT), I champion inclusion, mentor future leaders, and help shape impactful programming. My broad industry network includes Oracle leaders in product and engineering, as well as organizations not yet engaged with OATUG—connections I’ll leverage to grow and enrich our community. I believe in the power of shared learning and look forward to energizing the Board with vision, experience, and heart.
OATUG and Other Volunteer Experience:
I've been an enthusiastic contributor to OATUG and Women in Tech (WIT) for several years—hopefully my name rings a bell! At the past three OATUG conferences, I’ve delivered multiple educational sessions on tax technology and e-Invoicing, contributed to OATUG Insight magazine and led a webinar on impactful communication. I was also a panelist in the implementation change management learning series. As an active member of the WIT community, I help shape programming, deliver webinars, and regularly participate in coffee chats. I’m passionate about sharing knowledge, building community, and supporting others in their growth—whether on stage, in writing, or through mentorship.
