Enabling Natural Language Query of EBS 12.2 Using Oracle Generative AI

Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) provides many powerful querying and sophisticated reporting capabilities, such as EBS Enterprise Command Centers (ECC). Oracle Select AI goes a step further by enabling users to ask EBS questions in their natural language and get results in the simple Ask Oracle E-Business Suite user interface. Come and see live demos, hear about the solution capabilities, the architecture behind this solution. This solution leverages the Oracle Select AI feature available in Oracle Autonomous Database (ADB), processes a natural language prompt, supplements the prompt with metadata, and then accesses the Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate a SQL query that gets executed in the context of an EBS User session.

    Learning Objectives:

      1. Hear about the new solution to enable EBS with Natural Language Query
      2. See live demos of several solution domains, namely HCM, Payment, and Costing
      3. Learn about the solution architecture and solution artifacts"

Extending SaaS Applications with Oracle AI APEX

As more organizations invest in SaaS applications, they quickly realize that even the most configurable solutions won’t accommodate all of their needs. Thus, they are faced with either adapting and learning to live with the differences or entertaining potentially expensive and complex customizations. That compromise ends today! With Oracle AI APEX, you can easily consume web services from all SaaS platforms, synchronize that data locally, and quickly build secure applications for your end users that you can trust. This session will dive into how you can use Oracle APEX and any LLM to supercharge your SaaS or on-prem applications with a suite of modern, predictable, and secure AI tools. It will explore how APEX can consume RAG, Vectors, and AI Jobs to further extend your SaaS applications.

      Learning Objectives

      1. Learn how to integrate web services with Oracle APEX
      2. Understand the AI capabilities of Oracle APEX
      3. See how to leverage both web services and AI to get more out of your SaaS investments

The Oracle EBS AI Shortcut Every CIO Needs to Know

Learn How Oracle EBS shops are moving from AI exploration to production outcomes without migrating to Fusion Cloud Applications using technology you already own. Most AI conversations for Oracle EBS customers start the same way: modernize to SaaS first, then you can innovate—which is a costly reimplementation that includes rebuilding your data platform and will only slow you down. Your on-premises EBS environment is not a liability. The data and APIs you need to create agentic AI use cases are already there. In this session, Syntax will share how you can move from AI interest to real business outcomes, how to overcome blockers without disrupting your existing solutions, and how you can do it without breaking the bank. We will demonstrate how you can use the native capabilities of E-Business Suite and Oracle Database to quickly generate suites of agents to help your end users engage with your data, automate repetitive tasks, and do their jobs better. We’ll walk through how MITER Brands, a manufacturer running Oracle EBS, went from concept to a GenAI agent in production, serving 300 users across 9,000 SKUs built directly on their existing ERP data. You’ll leave knowing what’s possible today, where to begin, and how to create a continuous innovation model to show real value to your key stakeholders.

      Learning Objectives:

      1. Identify at least one AI use case you can begin building on your existing Oracle EBS data without a cloud migration or platform overhaul.

      2. Understand the most common reasons EBS AI projects stall — and how to sequence your approach to avoid them.

      3. Walk away with a practical framework for assessing your data readiness and deciding where to start.

      Speakers:

      Marc Caruso, Chief Architect, Syntax
Michael Miller, Chief Solution Architect, Syntax

Your Oracle Fusion Data Isn't AI-Ready (Yet): Building the Foundation for Trusted Enterprise AI

Everyone is talking about AI—but most Oracle Fusion environments aren't actually ready for it. Whether you're evaluating AI platforms or cloud data warehouses, success depends on one thing: trusted, business-ready data. Simply replicating Oracle Fusion tables into a data platform isn't enough. Without Oracle business logic, semantic context, and governed data models, AI produces inconsistent, unreliable, and difficult-to-trust results. In this practical session Orbit Analytics will show why Oracle Fusion ERP data presents unique challenges for AI initiatives and how organizations can overcome them. You'll learn why raw ERP data falls short, how prebuilt semantic models transform complex Oracle data into AI-ready assets, and how the same governed foundation can support multiple AI platforms without rebuilding your data for each one. Through real world use cases and live demonstrations, you'll see how to move from disconnected ERP tables to trusted AI insights that business users can rely on.
Why Oracle Fusion data is difficult for AI,
Why raw replicated ERP tables fail Oracle business logic that AI cannot understand
How prebuilt semantic models solve the problem
Live examples how the same data can power multiple AI platforms

      Learning Objectives:

      1. Understand why Oracle Fusion ERP data is not inherently AI-ready and identify the common challenges that prevent AI platforms from delivering accurate, trusted business insights.
      2. Learn how semantic models, Oracle business logic, and governed data foundations transform raw Oracle Fusion data into AI-ready assets for enterprise analytics and generative AI.
      3. Discover how a single AI-ready data foundation can support multiple AI platforms—including Microsoft Copilot, Oracle AI, Snowflake Cortex AI, Databricks AI, and enterprise LLMs—without duplicating data engineering efforts

      Speakers:

Daniel Havey, Director of Product Management, Orbit Analytics
Arvind Bellur, Senior Product Specialist, Orbit Analytics
