Oracle Support’s New-Platform – Survival Guide and Helpful Navigation Tips

When:  May 22, 2026 from 01:00 PM to 02:00 PM (ET)
Oracle has moved My Oracle Support to a new platform (MOSFS). This session is your survival guide: we’ll show how to navigate the interface, map legacy EBS MOS Doc IDs to new MOSFS Article-IDs, and reliably find content using keywords, topics, and cross-references. We’ll demo resources from the EBS Tech Blog—including the ID‑mapping post—and point you to the central index of EBS 12.2 technology stack books and knowledge docs so you can quickly rebuild your go‑to library. Built for EBS sysadmins, DBAs, and support leads who need answers fast.

Learning Objectives:
  1. Navigate the new MOSFS interface to quickly find SRs, knowledge articles, patches, and communities.
  2. Map legacy EBS MOS Doc IDs to new MOSFS Article-IDs and use keyword/topic strategies to locate equivalent content.
  3. Build a reliable EBS 12.2 reference library using the central index of technology stack books and knowledge docs, with saved searches and bookmarks for rapid retrieval.
