Member of the Year:

Manish Naik

Manish Naik, Director of Oracle Cloud Services at Infosys and an Oracle ACE Pro, is a standout contributor to OATUG and its members. For more than 15 years, he has elevated the community through 45+ publications, high‑value conference sessions, and steady mentorship as Co‑Chair of the OATUG Emerging Leaders Committee, empowering first‑time speakers and rising professionals to share practical, business‑ready insights.

His guidance is rooted in real outcomes: at Whirlpool’s InSinkErator, he helped modernize supply chain and manufacturing with Oracle SCM, MES, and E‑Kanban, improving shop‑floor visibility, standardizing replenishment, and strengthening inventory management. A trusted collaborator to Oracle product teams, he bridges strategy, product capability, and execution, turning complex capabilities into actionable designs that customers can adopt with confidence. A recipient of the OATUG Emerging Leader Award, Manish exemplifies the dedication, expertise, and service this honor recognizes, consistently advancing OATUG’s mission and delivering measurable value to the global Oracle user community.

Women in Technology Leadership Award

Madhavi Godbole

Madhavi Godbole, Founder & CEO of Auraweise Consulting and an Oracle ACE Program Associate, embodies the spirit of the Women in Technology Leadership Award. With 20+ years leading enterprise Oracle initiatives, she turns expertise into lift for others, building structured mentorship programs, delivering advanced upskilling in emerging Oracle technologies, and creating leadership pathways that help women step confidently into senior roles.

Within OATUG, she serves on the Women in Technology Committee (since 2023) and the Emerging Leaders and Mentor Committees (since 2024), is a frequent WIT Coffee Chat speaker and Professional Development Week presenter, and reviews Ascend submissions, expanding opportunities and elevating member voices. Beyond OATUG, she mentors through ADPList and AnitaB.org and amplifies women’s achievements as a judge for programs like the Globee Women in Business, Stevie, CODiE, and Titan Awards. A published thought leader across Oracle, AI, finance, and digital transformation, Madhavi pairs visible impact with behind‑the‑scenes advocacy, consistently creating inclusive platforms where women thrive. She is a worthy recipient of this honor.

Project of the Year

Broadridge Financial Solutions

Broadridge Financial Solutions is honored with the OATUG Project of the Year Award for Project ICON, a disciplined 3.5‑year finance transformation built on standard Oracle application capabilities. By modernizing its data architecture and strengthening control over books and records, ICON enabled advanced, data‑driven decisions across Finance and operations, delivering early gains in free cash flow, daily cash visibility, and geographic reporting.

Leveraging existing Oracle investments and agile execution while avoiding unnecessary complexity, the program achieved a 2.9‑year payback, turned accretive to the P&L in FY24, and is projected to generate $100M+ in annual PTI benefits. The result: enterprise‑wide transparency, automation, and data governance realized through standard Oracle functionality.
