Board of Directors

The OTM SIG Board consists of elected directors and Oracle Liaisons from around the world, split in two regions: 13 positions for Americas and 13 for EMEA/APAC. Board Members represent OTM Clients, and the Board Chair is chosen by the Board Members for both regions. Associate Board Members represent OTM Consultants and Technology Partners. Chirag Patel

Chirag has 20+ years of experience. His industry experience includes CPG, Hospitality, Finance, Technology and Logistics. Chirag has been with Penske for 15 years in various roles including IT and Engineering. 

Chirag holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Computers & Info. Science from Cleveland State University. 

Chirag is responsible for Penske’s DCC technologies including Planning and Dispatch Systems, Telematics and Mobile among others. Chirag has also presented and spoke at many OTM and Oracle conferences in past 6 years sharing valuable knowledge to the user community.

Outside work, Chirag enjoys family time, golf, tennis, movies, vegetable gardening and traveling.

Genevieve Collyn

Genevieve has joined Kuehne & Nagel in 2000 in Belgium and was transferred to Luxembourg in 2005 where she supported the first Integrated Logistics OTM implementation. Since then she has been involved in many OTM implementation projects but also several release upgrades. Appointed in 2014 as Functional Process Owner she is now responsible for governance of the Integrated Logistics OTM instances.

She has been elected for the first time on the Board and is looking forward to sharing her experience to prepare the Conferences. In her spare time, she likes cooking and enjoys testing recipes from around the world.

B S Chakravarthy Yadav (Chakri)

Board Member, APAC

Chakri has Having 24Yrs of experience in building and implementing TMS and Visibility systems for various industries, including 3PL, Automotive, Pharma and CPG.

He joined Kuehne Nagel 2017 in India and then transferred to Singapore to support Road Logistics initiatives to build a visibility platform (eTrucknow), which was launched in 11 countries across Asia and Europe. Currently, Chakri is responsible for expanding OTM foot print in Asian countries along with eTrucknow platform for various customer verticals of Kuehne Nagel.

Chakri Holds a Master’s Degree in Supply Chain and Pursuing PHD in Digital Twins for Road Logistics. Outside work he enjoys reading fiction and long, lonely walks.

Julia Noeldner

After graduating from the University of Minnesota in 2019, Julia started her career at Land O’Lakes. She has held roles in International Logistics, Planning, Digital Supply Chain, and now works with our Winfield Canada team as the Supply Chain Transformation Manager. Throughout all her roles, she utilized Logistics Cloud, went through a go-live of GTM, and served as GTM Product Owner for three years.

Outside of work, Julia enjoys spending time with family, playing tennis and golf, and hiking with her dog.

Ruchir Srivastava

Ruchir has 19+ years of total logistics experience, which spans across pre-sales, product development, consulting, program management, and people management. He has been part of logistics solution implementations across various industries like CPG, 3PL, Oil & Gas, Retail, Life Sciences, Energy-Utilities, and manufacturing.  During the course of these TMS journeys, Ruchir has leveraged OTM as a TMS solution for a variety of my customers.

He currently works for Starbucks as a Technology Product and Services Manager for Global Transportation. In this role, Ruchir led global transportation planning and execution from first mile to last mile within our transportation network, managed freight audit and pay for our carriers, & provide trade compliance solutions for our shipping network.

In my free time, he enjoy spending time with my family, playing sports and traveling.

Ryan Troutman

Ryan has worked for Kuehne + Nagel for 10 years, all directly dealing with OTM (v5.5 - 6.4.3). He started in support, quickly moving to implementation and design.  Most recently, Ryan became responsible for the oversight, governance, and standardization of Kuehne + Nagel's OTM solutions throughout their regional teams (NAM/SAM, EU, APAC).  He has been a regular attendee of the US SIG in Philadelphia and looks forward to sharing/learning unique challenges and intriguing solutions each year.  

In his free time, Ryan enjoys working out, cooking, and spending time with his wife, daughter, and two bulldogs.

Stephen Young

Stephen has worked in Logistics for 12+ years at WestRock, Hub Group, and Echo Global Logistics.  Currently, at WestRock, he leads their Domestic Logistics Operations planning team.  Stephen has utilized OTM for the past 10 years, and has been a part of key creative solutions with OTM that are utilized by WestRock's operations team.

In my free time, Stephen enjoys sports and hanging out with his wife, son, and daughter.

Chris Turley

Chris has been part of the OTM community for 10+ years and, during that time, held various commercial roles at Flo Group with experience spanning multiple industry sectors.

Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Kent and a Master's in European Law from Maastricht University. He is a keen football player, golfer, sports fan, guitarist and traveller.

Giovanni Lovo

Giovanni leads for Oracle Consulting the EMEA OTM/GTM Practice which provides implementation services to customers in the Region.

Since November 2015, he has been an active member of the EMEA OTM SIG Board. He joined Oracle Consulting in 2000 as a project manager. Giovanni has been associated with G-Log since the acquisition by Oracle in 2006. He has contributed to the successful addition of GC3/OTM to the delivery footprint of Oracle Consulting in Europe, initially as a project manager and then from 2008 as the manager of the OTM European Practice. In this role, he has established an extensive network with OTM/GTM Customers and Partners, contributing to the successful adoption of OTM/GTM in several client organizations.

Before joining Oracle in 2000 he worked as a consultant and project manager in the areas of supply chain management and computer systems validation. Giovanni holds a degree in Electronic Engineering and a Master's in Business Administration. Giovanni is based in Milan (Italy).

Heather Brown

Heather has been working in the Logistics space for over 20+ years, starting her career with Federal Express.  Heather worked for Dow Chemical and General Motors and is currently working as the Lead OTM focal and Quality Assurance Manager for FreightVerify / Utilyze.  She specializes in all modes of transport for both the Domestic and Intercontinental space.  She has been a crucial member for two successful OTM implementations for Dow and GM, including the position as lead OTM focal for the GM/Freight Verify implementation.

She is a graduate of the University of Michigan and is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree from Central Michigan University in Information Systems Management.

Her hobbies include singing, as she is classically trained in Opera, cycling, and interior decorating.  She also has a slight obsession with her cats.

Jai Shahpuri

Jai Shahpuri has over 18 years of OTM implementation experience and has been working in the transportation and logistics space throughout his career. Jai has worked as Lead Solution Architect and Techno-Functional Consultant on many complex On-Prem and Cloud OTM implementations.

At KSAP, Jai is leading the business development efforts with a focus on Cloud Implementations and migrations for the US and Canada. In his free time, Jai is an avid hiker and dreams of spending his days on some mountain or other.

Nikhil Gupta

Nikhil is a seasoned consultant and has been working in the Logistics applications space since 2008. He has worked for clients across various industries, including CPG, Manufacturing, QSR, Oil & Gas, LSPs, 3PL/4PLs, Food & Beverages, Retail etc.
In his current role at EY, Nikhil leads the Transportation Solutions Practice and handles client projects globally. Responsibility also includes architecting OTM Solutions, handling Pre-Sales activities, and managing innovative solutions and products for logistics practice, across EMEA and APAC regions. Nikhil has co-presented with multiple clients at OTM SIG conferences & has been a regular presenter in the US, Amsterdam, Singapore, and India since 2012.

Nikhil is a computer science engineer and MBA Gold Medalist from the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing, India. He has also earned a certificate in Supply Chain Technologies from MIT, Massachusetts. Living in Bangalore, India, with his family, Nikhil likes to spend time with his Son, write poetry, play table tennis, and the flute in his spare time.

Nishant Kumar

Nishant has over 13+ years of rich experience in Supply Chain Management and has successfully led transformation projects across industry verticals such as Manufacturing, Life sciences, Energy & Utilities, Logistics, shipping, and more. Nishant leads the SCM & Logistics practice and handles clients across the globe. His significant contribution to building go-to-market strategies on emerging technologies and creating a quantified value proposition has resulted in revenue growth as well as key customer success initiatives.      

As a Public speaker, Nishant has presented various papers on supply chain & logistics transformation in industry forums. He has been co-presented with multiple clients at OTM SIG conferences & has been a regular presenter in US, EMEA and APAC conferences since 2018.

Nishant is an Electronics & Communication engineer and a Master's (MBA) in Supply Chain & International Business.

Pam Vivio

Pam is an original G-Logger and currently works for Intellinum as the VP of OTM/GTM Practice.  Pam has 20+ years of Supply Chain consulting experience with clients in the manufacturing, automotive, CPRD, chemical, trucking, 3PL, Ocean Shipping, retail, and agri-business industries.  Pam is in her 4th stint as a Board Member and enjoys planning the OTM SIG conference and working to make the attendee experience better every year. Pam has a Master's Degree in International Business from The American Graduate School of International Management and a Business/Pre-Law Degree from Michigan State University.  In her spare time, Pam enjoys cooking, food art, traveling, and spending time with her two boys.

Tom Meisinger

Tom has been in the logistics industry for 15+ years and has always had a passion for logistics applications. He began his OTM journey in 2014 as a Transportation Planner at an industrial manufacturer. Shortly after, he became a Superuser at one of the first companies to deploy the OTM Cloud application. During that time, Tom was an active member of the OTM Customer Advisory Board and presented at past meetings.

Today, Tom is the Quality Lead for the Oracle Products Team at Redwood Logistics. He began his consulting career in 2019 and has experience working with clients in the automotive, manufacturing, retail, and 3PL industries. He has presented both OTM and GTM implementation success stories at past conferences.

Tom resides in the Chicago area with his wife and two children. When he's not working with Oracle applications, you can find him cooking, hiking, and winning Redwood’s Fantasy Football League.

Chris Peckham

Chris Peckham is Senior Principal Product Strategy Manager for Oracle Logistics Cloud. Focused primarily on Oracle Transportation Management, he collaborates with customers and other Oracle thought leaders to set the future direction for the product. Further, he serves multiple roles in the OTM product ecosystem, including liaison to the OTM SIG Board of Directors, owner of the OTM Customer Advisory Board, and manager of numerous partner relationships. Mr. Peckham has spent 23 years in the TMS software industry. He worked for nine years as an implementation consultant at Manugistics (now JDA Software), six years at TransWorks (a Norfolk Southern railroad subsidiary), and has spent the past eight years on the Logistics Product Strategy team at Oracle.

Chris holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana.

Lourens Andriesse

Lourens Andriesse was an original G-logger in Europe and has been working with clients delivering OTM for more than 15 years working for Oracle, Infosys, Inspirage, Flo Group, HP and MavenWire.He was elected on the OTM SIG Board in 2012 and paved the way for OTM Conferences in Europe and Asia. Before joining G-Log, Lourens worked in Logistics and obtained a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

In his spare time, he enjoys looking after stray cats and playing piano.
