Beverly Zoeller

As part of the Transformation Solutions group, Beverly Zoeller is a Principal at UHY leading the Organizational Change Management practice team. With over 15 years of Organizational Change Management experience, Beverly is passionate about embedding change management knowledge within her clients while helping them successfully drive transformation.

Beverly has worked with large global organizations like Coca-Cola, Cox Communications, Inspire Brands, Invesco and Keurig-Dr. Pepper ranging across many types of changes. Beverly’s broad range of experience includes assisting organizations in implementing new ERP systems, establishing shared service centers, off-shoring work, and large-scale office moves.

Beverly is a University of Georgia graduate, a former CPA, and Prosci certified trainer.

Beth McLaughlin

Beth McLaughlin is a Director at UHY with the Organizational Change Management practice team.

With a focus on driving organizational change, Beth excels in guiding businesses through transitions by leveraging her expertise in finance and technology. Her extensive experience includes assisting finance organizations in optimizing processes through technological advancements, positioning her as a valuable asset in facilitating smooth transitions amidst change. Beth is deeply passionate about the transformative power of effective organizational change management and looks forward to sharing her knowledge with the OATUG community.

Beth holds a BS in Accountancy from Providence College, and MBA from UMass Boston, and is a Certified Change Management Practitioner (CCMP).

Mastermind Series CPE Field of Study: Professional Development

  • To receive CPE credit, complete the CPE Credit Form (coming soon) and send it to speakerprograms@oatug.org.
  • Attendees can earn 1 CPE credit for every 50-60 minutes session attended live. Credits cannot be awarded for viewing session recordings.
  • To receive CPE credit the following criteria must be met: 
    • Speakers must deliver a 50-60 minute presentation, and attendees are required to remain logged into the webinar for at least 50 minutes.
    • Ask at least one (1) question through the Q&A box. Questions submitted through the chat window or under a different name will not be accepted.
    • Complete the session survey for each session that CPE is being requested.
