FINANCE COMMITTEE:
The Finance Committee shall have principal oversight responsibility with respect to certain of OATUG’s material financial matters, including investments and acquisitions that are material to the OATUG organization. Typically, Finance Committee members spend 18 to 24 hours per year on committee work. This committee is currently not accepting new members.

GOVERANCE COMMITTEE:
The Governance Committee shall be responsible for reviewing and maintaining bylaws and improving the functioning of the organization, including credibility and financial stability by furthering good corporate governance practice. Typically, Governance Committee members spend 6-10 hours per year on committee work. This committee is currently not accepting new members.

EDUCATION COMMITTEE:
The objective of the Education Committee is to develop, implement and monitor educational offerings for OATUG Members, both within and separate from annual conferences. The committee meets the second Thursday of every other month. Typically Education Committee spend 8-12 hours per year on committee work.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT COUNCIL:
Under the auspices of the OATUG Board, the Customer Support Council works at the grassroots level to collect information from members to identify needs or areas of concern. The council then works with Oracle Support to evaluate and address priority topics. In 2025, the council meets the third Thursday of each month. Typically, Customer Support Council members spend 12-15 hours per year on council work. This committee is currently not accepting new members.

AFFILIATE OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE (GEO/SIGS):
Under the auspices of the OATUG Board of Directors, the Affiliate Oversight Committee (AOC) facilities compliance with SIGS and GEOS for affiliation and yearly reaffiliation. In 2024, the committee meets the third Thursday of every other month. Typically, Affiliate Oversight Committee members spend 8-12 hours per year on committee work.

The OATUG Emerging Leaders community is focused on helping people who are just beginning their career with Oracle Applications or just beginning their career in general. The Women in Technology Program works to highlight the contributions of women in the technology sector. By providing networking, educational, and professional development opportunities, the WIT Program advocates for the success of women working in technology-related fields.
