Introduction to Profitability Analytics Framework and PACE

When:  May 22, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 01:00 PM (ET)
Abstract:
PACE has developed the Profitability Analytics Framework (PAF), which focuses attention on nonfinancial and financial analytics and causality-based models that provide management with realistic, forward-looking scenarios and analyses. It enables an organization to understand how it can generate profitable revenue, invest its capital effectively, and configure and manage its operations for optimum performance. The PAF can serve as a blueprint for finance professionals looking for guidance on how to serve as business partners.

Learning Objectives:
  1. What is causality and why is it important in managerial costing models?
  2. What three knowledge domains are included in the PAF?
  3. What is the finance professional's role in revenue management?
  4. Why is customer profitability management important and how should customer profitability be measured?
