The PittOATUG, founded in January 2001, is a local geographic users group dedicated to Oracle Applications serving the PA, WV,OH, and MD areas. This group was formed to provide a forum for Oracle Applications Users to share their experiences regarding the selection, implementation and effective use of Oracle Applications. The group will focus on providing its members with actual experiences, educational information, and product demonstrations regarding the implementation/upgrade of Oracle Applications. It is a goal of this group to continuously offer information that will directly benefit it’s members in their every day challenges with Oracle Applications.
PittOATUG is supported primarily by Corporate Sponsors. Member companies volunteer to cover the costs of meeting space, refreshments, mailings, etc. Membership is open to anyone interested in Oracle Applications, regardless of profession. In order to achieve our goals of providing education on Oracle Applications products, PittOATUG conducts meetings quarterly. The group strives to not conflict with other Oracle related events.
The quarterly meetings provide members with various benefits, including but not limited to speaker presentations, hands-on demonstrations of Oracle Applications products, vendor presentations/exhibits and time for networking with others in the Oracle user community.
