Oracle E-Business Suite: Customer Plans & Perspectives

In early 2021, OATUG surveyed Oracle E-Business Suite customers around the world, gauging satisfaction with the application, upgrade decisions and factors driving those decisions, satisfaction with support and use of external resources and services to assist in operations, and long-term ERP strategies. The survey also explored whether and how the global pandemic and its economic downturn impacted organizations' EBS roadmaps.
