Individual Associate Member (Danggene Consulting LLC)

Professional Role & Oracle Products Used

This year I started my own consultancy, Danggene Consulting - a small native-owned business in Fairbanks, Alaska, where I am the principal consultant. I have a dual focus. For the Oracle ecosystem, I focus on EBS implementations, configurations, and support. My other focus is community outreach, leadership training, and cultural sustainability. I live my life in service of others and use my success, knowledge, and lived experience to give back to those around me and the profession that I love.

What makes the OATUG mission meaningful to you?

I am a lifelong learner and believe education is best conveyed by shared experience. OATUG's mission of education, connecting, experiencing, and influencing are all fundamental to my personal mission and life outlook. At OATUG I have met and learned from Oracle professionals of all kinds, and I am richer for it. I have done my best and will continue to act in the service of our community through my specific focus on education, leadership, networking, and Oracle ecosystem knowledge. We make each other better, and that fuels my passion for OATUG.

Why are you running for the Board, and what skills, connections, resources and expertise do you have to offer the organization?

I am running for the OATUG Board of Directors to share my insight, knowledge, and experience with the OATUG community. As the Chair of the Emerging Leaders committee and long-time member, I believe I have a point of view that can help shape OATUG's future. Young leaders, new professionals, and experienced, but new to us professionals are the heart of OATUG's growth and future. I can and will serve these members, the OATUG community, and OATUG's Vision to the best of my ability.

Other OATUG and Volunteer Experience:

I am the OATUG Emerging Leaders Committee Chair. I have served on the WL committee since 2018 and am a current mentor in the EL Mentorship Program. I am a former OATUG Board of Directors member. I have presented at OATUG Conferences and webinars 10+ times. I have previously served on the OATUG conference planning committee and will continue to serve as much as I can. Besides OATUG, I am a professional member of the American Indian Science and Engineering Society, Project Management Institute, and Alaska Native Science and Engineering Program Alumnus.
