2020 OATUG Board of Directors Call for Candidates

The 2020 Board of Directors call for candidates closes tonight, at 11:59 p.m. EDT/New York Time. Directors serve two-year terms. Half of the Board positions are up for re-election in any given year; thus, members will be filling seven Board seats in this election. Please review the FAQ for candidate requirements

We’re ready to hear the experiences, tips and solutions that drive your best strategies and use of Oracle On-Prem Applications, Cloud and Technology. Submit your proposal to present your ideas at COLLABORATE 20: Technology and Applications Forum for the Oracle Community, April 19-23 in Las Vegas.

New this year: Unleash your technical talent through the OATUG! Whether you are moving to the cloud or staying on-prem, understanding Oracle’s technology is important so you can be more efficient in executing patches, upgrades or implementations. Be sure to share this message with your technology team! COLLABORATE 20 will also focus on Oracle APEX, so if you are currently using APEX or want to learn more, please apply!

You Determine the Agenda. VOTE!

This fall, the OATUG will be seeking members to participate in voting for the presentation proposals submitted during the COLLABORATE 20 — OATUG Forum Call for Presentations. If you are interested in participating in the COLLABORATE 20 — OATUG Forum voting process, we want to hear from you. As a voter, you will be reading titles and abstracts and giving your opinion on the quality and relevance of the submissions. The votes on each paper form the basis on which the selection teams slate papers in each education track.

The deadline for voter applications is October 11, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. EDT. Applicants will be notified of their accepted tracks by October 14. Voting will occur between October 14 and October 23, 2019. (More)
