Felecia Green serves as Deputy CIO with DeKalb County Government.  She is responsible for the strategic planning and management of the County’s Oracle footprint. The County has the following Oracle products:
• Oracle EBS
• HCM Cloud
• Hyperion (PBCS)
• Cloud CRM 
• Taleo
• WAM
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
• Identity Cloud Services
The County has embarked upon migrating from EBS  to Oracle Financial Cloud with a tentative go-live of 3rd Quarter 2024.

What makes the OATUG mission meaningful to you?

As a public sector leader, Felecia Green is always challenged to deliver more with less.  Having a trusted go-to source has been beneficial in maximizing her organization’s Oracle investment.  Through OATUG, Felecia has been able to collaborate and network with other Oracle users.  Being a part of a community that freely shares educational information has been invaluable.

Why are you running for the Board, and what skills, connections, resources and expertise do you have to offer the organization?

Felecia Green desires to continue to serve on the OATUG board to provide a voice for Oracle users in the areas of education, knowledge sharing, and partnerships with Oracle and other organizations.  Felecia has more than 15 years of experience working with Oracle e-Business Suite and other Oracle applications including implementations, upgrades, and support for the public sector. Felecia is a distinguished leader in her organization focused on providing emerging innovative technology. Felecia Green desires to continue to serve on the OATUG board to provide a voice for Oracle users in the areas of education, knowledge sharing, and partnerships with Oracle and other organizations.

Other OATUG and Volunteer Experience:

Felecia Green is currently on the OATUG Board of Directors and has served for four years.  As a member of the board, she has been active on the Finance, Governance, and Engagement Committees.  She is an active member of the Atlanta Geographical Group.
