Mentorship Program

The Emerging Leaders Mentor Program

Program Overview

The Mentor Program connects early- to mid-career professionals working in Oracle Applications and Technology with a mentor who can help guide them in their career.

Both mentors and mentees have the chance to connect outside of their organization, sharing ideas and questions with one another. This relationship can support technical questions or personal and professional growth for both participants.

Mentors can help mentees establish goals for their professional aspirations, discuss their role as a leader, and support the development of their technical skills in the applications and technology space. Each mentor relationship is unique: mentors and mentees can decide how and when they’d like to meet and the kinds of conversations that are helpful.

The program will help participants discover and develop their leadership styles. Throughout the program, OATUG provides guidance to mentors and can facilitate meaningful connections for all participants.

Please note: This program is available to OATUG members and current students only.

Our next cohort will begin in summer 2023!

OATUG offers two times a year for cohorts to assemble: during the Winter and Summer. You have plenty of time to submit your application by mid month for both dates (either deadline [1] February 3 or [2] mid-July). This program provides members ways to grow your career as a mentor, mentee, or both! Apply by June 15 for the next opportunity to join.
