My professional role is the Sr. Manager of the IT Applications Team that supports Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud.  We use the following modules:  Fusion Product Hub, Fusion Product Hub Portal, Manufacturing, Financials, Financial Controls, Supplier Qualification Mgmt., Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, Project Management, Task Management, Innovation Management, Expenses, Automated Invoice Processing, WebCenter Forms, Purchasing, Supplier Portal, SS Procurement, Datafox Supplier Intelligence, Project Financials, Advanced Access Controls, Fusion Data Quality,  Quality Management, Fusion ERP Analytics, EDM, EPM Enterprise. 

What makes the OATUG mission meaningful to you?

The OATUG's mission holds deep significance for me as it is the essence of collaboration, empowerment, and the pursuit of excellence within the Oracle ecosystem. The emphasis on being an independent, global, and member-led organization reflects a commitment to inclusivity and the belief that collective knowledge and experiences drive innovation. 
What resonates most is the mission's dedication to maximizing customer investments in Oracle and partner 
solutions. In an ever-evolving tech landscape, ensuring that organizations can harness the full potential of their investments is key. OATUG's mission signifies a community that seeks to provide valuable resources, insights, and support to Oracle users worldwide, fostering an environment where every member's voice and experience matter. 
Backing a mission centered on fostering collaboration, sharing knowledge, and empowering customers is not 
merely valuable; it's imperative for achieving success and facilitating expansion. 

Why are you running for the Board, and what skills, connections, resources and expertise do you have to offer the organization?

My Oracle journey spans over two decades, where I've fulfilled pivotal roles in support and leadership capacities for prominent companies in the Tulsa area.  My recent four-and-a-half-year tenure has seen the successful implementation of over 25 Oracle Fusion ERP/EPM Cloud modules, with a triumphant go-live in July 2021. This rich experience positions me as a seasoned Oracle practitioner, equipped with profound insights and an earnest desire to engage in meaningful collaboration within the dynamic OATUG user community.

Williams is a corporate member of OATUG, underscoring our commitment to the Oracle community. Our intent is to leverage our collective expertise and energy to make meaningful contributions. 
My involvement in Oracle User Groups is extensive, encompassing activities such as presenting at Collaborate, 
hosting regional user group gatherings, and attending OpenWorld/CloudWorld conferences on multiple occasions.
