What makes the OATUG mission meaningful to you?
In today's incredibly fast-paced environment, it's becoming more important to be part of an inclusive environment surrounded by supportive colleagues that have gone through what you are going through.
Why are you running for the Board, and what skills, connections, resources and expertise do you have to offer the organization?
I would like to see OATUG become more active with its members in terms of professional development, mentorship, resource sharing, and small groups.
Other OATUG and Volunteer Experience:
I would like to volunteer for more roles. I recently volunteered for the OATUG mentorship program and am actively looking to serve more deeply. I have helped set up conferences in a non-profit environment as well as vendor management in a business environment. I was an active member of Oracle's Women in Leadership ERG during my time at Oracle.
