Currently I work for a large Systems Integrator and focus mainly on South based clients, providing solutions to them that are Oracle based as well as acting as a trusted advisor. My main area of focus is CX products like Service, knowledge, Sales and Marketing however as I have a key role in the South practice I have knowledge of all major pillars ERP, HCM, Paas and also verticals like Energy and Water, High tech, Communications and more.
What makes the OATUG mission meaningful to you?
As an Oracle practitioner and partner focused on customer experience and technology and as a former user of Oracle products, OATUG's mission means that I have the oportunity to help others, share knowledge and learn about unique offerings, clients pain points and more.
Why are you running for the Board, and what skills, connections, resources and expertise do you have to offer the organization?
I have been on boards for PTO, HOA and local networking, educational groups as well as running a CLT area Coder Dojo teaching python, HTML, CSS and more to high school students. I am an Oracle Ace Pro and work closely with Oracle COEs, product managers, Sales and partner alliances. I am active on LinkedIn, twitter, the oracle communities and more. I really enjoy helping others and understanding what drives them to want to learn more about any topic. I have also done event planning as a "plus one" at several partners for conferences, local events, online and networking.
Other OATUG and Volunteer Experience:
Due to Covid I have had limited volunteer experience. Several years ago I presented at Ascend and have attended online webinars when I can find them. This year I am hoping to be more active in person.
